Although the Idaho Senate passed legislation to allow the licensing and cultivation of hemp, the Idaho House Panel moved to destroy the measure. Now, the 2020 hemp growing season is indefinitely shut down as lawmakers try to find a clear direction in regards to hemp and CBD.
